As already mentioned, wine will always be available to try.

The shop is also available for private wine tastings. Ideally for groups of up to 10, this can be done in association with dinner at Calistoga next door or independently. The cost for a tasting is £70. If taken with dinner, the cost is reduced.

Outside Wine Tastings -

Thinking about organising a wine tasting in your office or home, then let us help. We can now come to you. We supply the wine, glasses, information and tutor, you supply the people! The cost is simply a £70 fee plus the cost of the wine opened on the night. The fee covers the tutor, transport, glasses, tasting sheets, tidy up and dessert nibbles!

Wine Tasting Dinners

Add an extra dimension to your night out with one of our wine tasting evenings. Parties of 2 to 16 can enjoy an informal, tutored wine tasting in our Tasting Room at Calistoga Central. This is followed by dinner in the restaurant. Larger parties can be accomodated with some slight change to the format. The prices are -

Congressional Tasting - £30 per person including 3 course dinner and coffee. This is a 40 minute tutored tasting for 4 good wines.

Senatorial Tasting - £35 per person including 3 course dinner and coffee. This is a 60 minute tutored tasting for 5 quality wines.

Presidential Tasting - £40 per person including canapés w/ tasting, 3 course dinner and coffee. This is a 90 minute tutored tasting for 6 fine wines.

£5 for additional Cheese and Starboard Course

All tastings can be taken in conjuction with our Napa Valley Tasting Menu subject to the relavent tasting fee
