Calistoga was Scotland's first Californian restaurant. Opened in August 2004, it  established an excellent reputation.

We have now moved to larger premises in the centre of town. Our new 60+ seat restaurant is on the site that was Martins Restaurant for many years and, latterly, Roti in the Lane behind the precinct on Rose St. The building will have a 40 seater main dining room, a Californian Wine Lounge and Bar with a further 16 seats for dinner. We also have a private room for up to 12 people, with its own private lounge off.
